Cancellation Policy
· All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
· If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
· If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
· Children under 14 years & below 1.4 meters height will be considered as infant and not allowed.
· Children age atleast 14 years & 1.4 meters height will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
· Venue Address: Financial Center Rd - Za'abeel - Za'abeel 2 - Dubai
· Please arrive 30 mins before the chosen time.
· Please carry a valid ID proof/Passport along with you during the activity
· Drivers must be at least 14 years old, 140 cm tall and weight less than 120 kg.
· Please wear enclosed footwear.
· Please wear racing suits over their clothes with loose clothing tucked inside.
· Please participate in the safety briefing prior to driving.
· Any participant driving dangerously will be removed from the race and no refund will be made.
· Drivers are responsible for and agree to pay for any damage to karts and equipment.
· Glass containers or bottles are not allowed on the circuit.
· Food and drinks are not allowed once participants enter the turnstiles.
· There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case if the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge 100% no-show fee.

· Sunday to Wednesday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM
· Thursday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM
